How can I purchase a copy of the Blue Flame Favorites Cookbook?

Blue Flame Favorites is a 176-page cookbook containing 240 recipes, plus a little history and little known facts about Oklahoma Natural Gas. Proceeds from the sale of this cookbook are donated to charities in Oklahoma Natural Gas's service territories.

There are a limited number of cookbooks, so order yours today. The Blue Flame Favorites cookbook is $15.95 per book. Shipping & handling is $3.95 for the first book and $1.95 for each additional book delivered to the same address. Oklahoma residents also need to add 8.375% sales tax.

Can I update my mailing address online?

To update your mailing address please provide your name, the account holders name (if different), the account number or service address, and your new mailing address. Please send us an email to submit your new information.

Do you maintain contacts with landlords to have gas service left on in their name if a tenant moves?

The Leave on for Landlord program transfers gas service to the landlord’s name when a tenant requests gas service be terminated.

Gas service is left on if a meter check indicates no leakage and no credit issues exist with the current tenant. If service is left on between tenants, a service initiation fee of $10.00 is billed each time the gas service is placed in your name. If service is turned off, a service initiation fee of $35.00 will apply. There is also a monthly customer charge for zero gas usage.

It is your responsibility to ensure a new tenant contacts our office immediately to initiate service when the property is rented. You are responsible for any charges while gas service is in your name. Additionally, we must have a contract for gas service with the new tenant before the service can be placed in their name.

The agreement may be terminated at any time.

Where can I get replacement mantles for my yard light?

Please send us an e-mail to request replacement mantles. We need your name, account number or service address, and mantle type.

Customers in the Tulsa area may stop by the Oklahoma Natural Gas office located at 5848 E 15th St. in Tulsa; Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and receive the mantles in person. If mantles are unavailable you can order them from any gas light dealer.
