What fees exist for paying online?
There is no fee to pay using a checking or savings account. To pay by credit or debit card, you must enroll in ChoicePay, and a fee will apply.
What is ChoicePay?
ChoicePay is our authorized payment processing agent that provides our customers with the ability to pay their bill online using a credit or debit card. After enrolling in ChoicePay through its Web site, you may pay your bill there or through our automated voice service line at 1-800-664-5463.
How long does it take for my payment to post through ChoicePay?
Payment will post the evening of the next business day.
What if I have a Cut-off Notice?
You should call the Oklahoma Natural Gas Customer Information Center at 1-800-664-5463 during business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
