I have multiple accounts, can I access all my accounts with a single login?
To add additional accounts, perform the following steps:
Log into your natural gas account using your user name and password.
1. Select 'My Account'
2. Select 'Manager User Account'
3. Select 'Manage Billing Accounts'
4. Click the Add account link located at the right side of the page
5. Enter the last name or business name for the account
6. Enter the ZIP code for the account's service address (5-digits only)
7. Enter the 18-digit account number
8. Click the Add Billing Account button
9. Repeat steps 4 through 9 for additional accounts
Each account can be viewed by selecting the Switch Accounts link at the top of the web page.

How do I remove an account from my online profile?
To remove an account from your online profile, perform the following steps:
1. Log into your natural gas account using your user name and password.
2. Select 'My Account'
3. Select 'Manage User Account'
4. Select 'Mange Billing Accounts'
5. Click Remove next to the account you would like to remove.
6. Click OK to confirm you want to remove the account.
Note: Your profile must have at least one account associated with it. If you would like to disable your profile or if you require additional assistance please send us an e-mail.
I am having difficulty registering my account. What should I do?
To register your account perform the following steps:
1. Enter a user name (six (6) or more characters)
2. Enter a password (case sensitive & six or more characters)
3. Confirm your password
4. Enter a valid email address: (your_email@anyservice.com)
5. Confirm your email address
6. Select a secret question from the drop-down list
7. Enter your secret answer
8. Enter the last name or business name on the account: (Same as statement)
9. Enter the ZIP code for the service address: (Five (5) digits only)
10. Enter the 18-digit account number: (Eighteen (18) digits)
11. Click the Register button

How can I cancel my E-bill?
To cancel your E-Bill enrollment do the following:
1. Return to the enrollment screen.
2. The screen will inform you if you currently subscribe to Paperless Billing
3. Click the Unsubscribe button
4. You will begin receiving paper statements in the mail with your next bill.
