How do I learn to read my own meter?
You can access instructions on how to read your meter under the Understanding Your Bill section in Customer Care or
here.
I read my own meter. Can I submit this reading monthly online?
You may enter your meter reading online by logging into your natural gas account and selecting Enter Meter Reading from the menu.
Readings can only be entered during the four day window displayed. Your meter reading period will be updated each month. Just enter the reading and submit it.
If you would like your account coded as Customer Reads Own Meter please send us an email. We will code your account and send you a letter with instructions on how to submit your monthly meter readings to us.
In addition, you may report your meter reading by calling 1-800-219-1378. Please provide your account number and service address for each meter reading you are submitting.
