Will I still be able to see what my bill amount is beforehand?
Yes, you will still receive a detailed copy of your charges each month in advance of the date the amount is to be withdrawn. Remember to deduct that amount from your account balance.
After I enroll, how long before the plan takes effect?
Your current bill amount will not be drafted from your bank account. The plan will be effective on the date indicated on your next bill statement.
What are the qualifications to enroll?
You must have a U.S. checking or savings account at a U.S. bank, meet our predetermined credit standards and your account must be current.
What if there are insufficient funds in my account?
We reserve the right to take payment in full when funds become available. A return charge will be assessed for each return. After the second return, your account may be removed from the plan and payment of the full statement will be due immediately.
How do I enroll in Automatic Bank Draft?
Automatic Bank Draft is the easiest way to make your payment each month. We will deduct the amount of your monthly charges for natural gas service directly from your checking or savings account on the due date of your bill at no additional cost to you. You still receive a detailed copy of your bill each month. It should arrive about two (2) weeks before we draft your account. This way you know what the amount will be and you can contact us should you have questions. You may view your current statement on the Oklahoma Natural Gas Company website.
Online Enrollment:
Log in to My Account and complete the Automatic Bank Draft enrollment located under payment options. You will be prompted to accept the Terms of Use.
Automatic Bank Draft will start approximately thirty (30) days after you sign up. You should continue paying your gas bill until the following message is printed at the top of your bill:
"You are on the Automatic Bank Draft Program. The amount due will be paid automatically on (due date of your bill). If you have any questions about this bill, please call (phone number) by (date)."
Cancel Enrollment:
There are two ways to remove your account from Automatic Bank Draft:
