If so, how do I apply and what do I use for my invoice since I have already paid for my contract and do not have an invoice specific to the heating-system checkup?

Yes, if services are provided on or after the September 15, 2011, program start date.  Submit your 26-point heating-system checklist performed and provided by your contractor along with a supportive invoice.  In addition, your contractor will need to provide the contractor information required on the application.  Submit your application following the plan’s procedures.  Rebates will be received in six to eight weeks.

Rebates may be available to any current or prospective residential and eligible commercial Oklahoma Natural Gas customers. Only qualified natural gas equipment purchased, installed or serviced after September 14, 2011, will be considered for a rebate. Oklahoma Natural Gas encourages each customer to review all program eligibility requirements. For natural gas ranges, only qualified ranges purchased after December 31, 2013, will be considered for a rebate.

Transportation tariff customers are not eligible for rebates at this time.
