During the rapid spread of the COVID-19 Omicron variant at the beginning of the year, Oklahoma Natural Gas took steps to protect our customers by following our COVID-19 response plan and safety protocols which included suspending disconnects.

“We would much rather work with our customers on a payment plan and connect them with payment assistance agencies to help them navigate these recent economic challenges," said Samette King, director of Credit and Collections. “I am proud we have created winning partnerships to help our customers stay connected.”

Oklahoma Natural Gas has a dedicated Assistance Programs page that provides links and information to the community partners that can help our customers. Support includes information on low-income energy assistance, statewide assistance programs and our Share the Warmth programs.
