Payment Options

Oklahoma Natural Gas offers customers several convenient methods to pay their natural gas bill.

Credit Card, Debit Card and Electronic Check

You can make a one-time payment by using our electronic check system or pay by credit or debit card using our payment vendor, Paymentus. Please note, there is a maximum payment amount of $1,500 per transaction for credit and debit card payments processed by Paymentus.

Automatic Payment 

Sign up to pay your Oklahoma Natural Gas bill each month through an automatic checking or savings account withdrawal and reduce the hassle of paying your monthly bill.

We will deduct the amount of your monthly charges for natural gas service directly from your checking or savings account on the due date of your bill at no additional cost to you. You still receive a detailed copy of your bill each month. It should arrive about two (2) weeks before we draft your account. This way you know what the amount will be and you can contact us should you have questions. You may view your current statement on the Oklahoma Natural Gas website. To enroll in automatic payment, please return to the home page and log in.

Mobile App

The Oklahoma Natural Gas free mobile app provides the ability to pay bills, view payment history and more, all from the convenience of your smartphone.

The app is available now to Oklahoma Natural Gas customers and can be found in both Apple® and Android® app stores by searching “Oklahoma Natural Gas.” Or you may get it here:

You must have an Oklahoma Natural Gas online account in order to gain account access using the mobile app. You may register for an online account by logging in on our home page.

Please include the tear-off portion of your monthly statement and write your account number on your check.

Authorized Payment Locations

Oklahoma Natural Gas Company offers more than 500 payment locations such as authorized pay agents, payment drop boxes and kiosks to pay your bill in person. Payments made using these options can take several days to post to your account. If you have a cutoff notice, it is extremely important that you contact us immediately with your payment information. A fee may be assessed by the provider.

Speak with an Agent

Pay your Oklahoma Natural Gas bill by phone check or by credit or debit card using our Interactive Voice Response System (IVR).

Call 800-664-5463 and follow the prompts to pay through IVR or to speak with a customer service representative.

Your Personal Bank’s Bill Pay Service 

Payments can be made through your personal bank website.
