    • Media Lines: repairs to covered inside telephone wire and telephone jacks, inside cable wire and cable outlets, and inside internet wire connections, doorbells, thermostat wiring and intercom wiring.
    • Natural Gas Lines: repair of covered interior exposed natural gas lines and repairs to exterior natural gas lines leading to the meter on your property that are owned by you and are your responsibility.
    • Interior Electric Lines: repair or replace of covered electrical wiring inside the home, including breaker panels, circuit breakers, doorbells, standard interior copper wiring, standard wall outlets including GFCI, standard wall switches, standard dimmers and thermostat wiring.
    • Exterior Electric Lines: repair or replace of covered exterior electric line repairs, including weather head, insulator, riser, meter base, meter boxes, service entrance conductors and permanent wiring to detached garages, sheds, outdoor fixtures and pools.
    • Interior Plumbing: clearing of covered blockages to sink, toilet, tub and shower drain lines; repair of leaks or breaks to exposed, interior water supply lines/pipes and valves; repair of leaks or breaks to exposed, interior drain lines/pipes; repair of shutoff valves leading to fixtures or appliance.
    • Surge Protection: Reimbursement toward the covered repair or replacement, of residential electronics, electrical systems, appliances and other electrical devices valued at $100 or more within your residence that fail due to electrical surges.

  • Why would I need a protection plan?
    Individual policies can vary, but standard homeowner's insurance often does not cover everything that may go wrong in your home or on your property. When making a claim through homeowner’s insurance, there may be a deductible or trip charge making you pay more than expected. 
  • Are these plans required?
    No, all plans offered by Oncourse Home Solutions are optional and are not regulated utility services. Plans are not provided or guaranteed by Oklahoma Natural Gas. Your participation in, and your payment for, these plans does not affect your utility service.
  • If I enroll in a plan, will I see it on my Oklahoma Natural Gas utility bill?
    When you enroll, you may have the option to pay for your plan(s) through your Oklahoma Natural Gas monthly utility bill. If you elect on-bill payment, charges will display on your statement as “Oncourse Home Solutions Protection Plan(s) in a separate section from your Oklahoma Natural Gas utility charges.
  • How do I make a claim?
    You can make a claim by calling Oncourse Home Solutions toll-free 24/7 at 866-933-1791. You can also make a claim by chatting with a customer service representative on the Oncourse  Home Solutions website during standard business hours. The chat team is available Monday - Friday, 7:30AM-5:00PM CT, and on Saturday from 8:00AM-4:30PM CT.   • How do I cancel my plan(s)?
    Plans can be cancelled at any time with a simple 30-day notice by contacting Oncourse Home Solutions at 866-933-1791. You will only be responsible for payment for the months you were on the program.

Oncourse Home Solutions is an independent company separate from Oklahoma Natural Gas.  Your choice of whether to participate in a home warranty plan will not affect the price, availability or terms of service from Oklahoma Natural Gas.

The plans from Oncourse Home Solutions are not regulated by the state utility commission. The program is offered as an option and is not a service in regulated rates. Oklahoma Natural Gas customers are not required to sign up for a home warranty in order to receive regulated utility services from Oklahoma Natural Gas.  Failure to pay the home warranty service will not affect natural gas utility service.
