With this program Oklahoma Natural Gas customers age 65 or older, and those with disabilities, can be specially identified in our account records. With this knowledge, we're better informed and able to work with you on an individual basis in the event of an emergency or a problem with your natural gas service.

Customers enrolled in this program can also complete an authorization form to be eligible for the Oklahoma Corporation Commission Notification Procedure. This program allows the Commission's Consumer Services Division to request, as needed, additional time before disconnection occurs.
